Stephanie Jacobs, graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a BFA in painting and drawing. In 2017, she opened her business, Staged by Stephanie, primarily focusing on staging homes going on the market. Her business quickly transformed to encompass all aspects of design including decorating, renovations, custom window treatments and staging. The current company name, SBS Designs, now reflects our range of services. Stephanie is a member of the local Atlanta Chapter for the Real Estate Staging Association and holds the RESA Pro designation.
Kate Koulouris
Project Manager
Kate Koulouris, an Atlanta native, graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. She then furthered her education with an MBA from Georgia State University. Her unique professional experience in both Real Estate Marketing and large-scale renovation and new construction Project Management make her a perfect fit for SBS Designs.
