Occupied Staging Consult

Up to 2 hour comprehensive consultation. We will cover the exterior and the full interior. We will discuss what the homeowner needs to do to get “market ready” in each room

Detailed written report emailed to the client and agent along with links for any recommendations

Client Care package which includes day of showing/photo checklist, cleaning checklist and service provider directory.

Follow up support to the homeowner by SBS Designs if needed. Homeowner may text or email questions regarding the consultation, and getting the home market ready.
Vacant Home Staging Consult
Consultation - We will discuss how to create a warm and inviting environment that buyers can envision themselves living in by bringing in contemporary and relevant furnishings and accessories. We focus on the main living areas that buyers find most important, which is typically the living room, dining room, kitchen and the master bedroom.
Follow-up - This can last anywhere from 4 - 6 hours, and occurs prior to the real estate agent bringing a photographer. I will manage the room installation process and fine tune the details with carefully selected accessories.
Rental Period - 3 months
